What Purple Belt includes with HighLevel, how the Compteam integration works, and when branches should use HighLevel directly.

   What is included

   Purple Belt includes HighLevel plus the Compteam integration.

   That means your branch gets:

   • managed HighLevel access
   • direct HighLevel sign-in for branch admins to manage campaigns, pipelines and follow-up
   • HighLevel leads synced into the Compteam Leads page
   • the normal Compteam tools for athletes, memberships, billing, competitions and accounting

   Use HighLevel for marketing and follow-up. Use Compteam for running the BJJ club.

   How the bundle works

   Compteam creates and manages a HighLevel sub-account for your branch.

   After activation, branch admins receive direct HighLevel access. Other team members do not receive HighLevel access. Branch admins can use HighLevel for funnels, forms, pipelines, campaigns and prospect follow-up. Compteam then keeps the Leads page connected to that growth workflow, so prospects do not stay isolated in a separate marketing tool.

   The simplest mental model is:

   • HighLevel: attract, nurture and follow up with prospects.
   • Compteam: convert them into athletes and manage the full club lifecycle.

   What appears in Compteam

   When the integration is active, relevant HighLevel contacts or opportunities can appear in Leads with HighLevel as their source.

   Compteam keeps local club context beside the prospect:

   • lead name and contact details
   • marketing source from HighLevel where available
   • current lead status
   • internal Compteam notes
   • a link to the athlete profile once the prospect registers

   HighLevel stays the place for campaigns and pipelines. Compteam shows the lead where your club team already handles athletes and conversion.

   When to use HighLevel directly

   Open HighLevel directly when you want to work on marketing:

   • landing pages and forms
   • pipeline boards
   • email or SMS campaigns
   • automations and follow-up tasks
   • broader marketing reports

   Open Compteam when you want to work on the club:

   • athlete registration
   • memberships and payments
   • class schedules
   • competitions
   • belt history
   • accounting and branch admin

   How to activate it

   HighLevel is included with Purple Belt, but the branch still needs activation.

   1. Upgrade or start on Purple Belt.
   2. Contact Compteam support or reply to your onboarding email.
   3. We create the managed HighLevel sub-account for your branch.
   4. Branch admins receive direct HighLevel sign-in.
   5. We verify that HighLevel leads sync into Compteam.

   You do not need to build the technical integration yourself. The bundle is meant to give your branch the marketing power of HighLevel while keeping BJJ operations in Compteam.

   Common questions

   Is HighLevel included in the Purple Belt price?

   Yes. HighLevel is included with Purple Belt. You get the Compteam integration plus a direct HighLevel sign-in for campaigns, pipelines and follow-up.

   Which HighLevel costs are not included in my Compteam subscription?

   The Compteam subscription includes the managed HighLevel access and Compteam integration. It does not include usage-based or optional HighLevel charges that a branch admin enables inside HighLevel.

   Additional costs can include:

   • outbound SMS, MMS and voice calls
   • HighLevel phone numbers, carrier fees, A2P/registration fees and call recording storage
   • HighLevel email sending usage or dedicated sending-domain costs
   • paid HighLevel add-ons, AI features, Marketplace apps or premium workflow actions
   • ad spend, custom domains or other third-party services you connect to HighLevel

   Check HighLevel billing before enabling paid messaging, phone, email, add-on or Marketplace features. These costs are charged separately from the Compteam subscription and can change based on usage and HighLevel pricing.

   Do I still need Compteam if I have HighLevel?

   Yes. HighLevel is for marketing and prospect follow-up. Compteam is for BJJ operations: athletes, billing, competitions, attendance, belt history and accounting.

   Can my team log in to HighLevel?

   Only branch admins receive HighLevel access. Other team members continue working in Compteam.

   Can I connect my existing HighLevel account?

   No. Purple Belt uses the managed HighLevel sub-account Compteam creates for your branch.

   Does HighLevel replace the Compteam Leads page?

   No. HighLevel powers the marketing workflow. The Compteam Leads page keeps prospects visible inside the club management workflow and links them to athlete registrations.
