HighLevel nach Purple-Belt-Anmeldung verbinden

    After you sign up for Purple Belt

    HighLevel is included with Purple Belt, but it is not always instant. After your Purple Belt subscription is active, Compteam creates a managed HighLevel sub-account for your branch and prepares the integration. This setup can take up to 1 week.

    All branch admins for a Purple Belt branch can maintain the HighLevel setup in Compteam. Other team members do not receive HighLevel setup access.

    You do not need to configure webhooks, token storage, Stripe price IDs, or backend mapping yourself.

    Have a test lead ready

    You do not need to collect setup emails or choose a separate HighLevel account name.

    Compteam already knows which branch admin is signed in and which branch the setup belongs to. When the managed HighLevel sub-account is ready, all branch admins attached to that branch should receive direct HighLevel sign-in. Other team members do not receive HighLevel access.

    The only thing worth preparing is one test lead you can use to confirm the sync after the connection is active.

    Compteam does not connect existing customer-owned HighLevel accounts. The bundle uses the HighLevel sub-account Compteam creates for your branch.

    Keep Compteam and HighLevel logins separate. Your Compteam branch-admin login manages the club and the integration; your HighLevel login is for campaigns, pipelines and follow-up.

    Connect HighLevel from Compteam

    The branch admin establishes the connection from Compteam, not from this documentation page.

    When self-service connection is enabled for your branch:

    1. Sign in to Compteam as a branch admin.
    2. Open Branch Settings.
    3. Go to Integrations → HighLevel.
    4. Click Connect HighLevel.
    5. Sign in to HighLevel if asked.
    6. Confirm the Compteam-created HighLevel sub-account for your branch.
    7. Approve the connection and return to Compteam.

    If you do not see the HighLevel integration card yet, contact Compteam support or reply to your onboarding email. We may still need to finish provisioning the managed sub-account for your branch.

    Check your direct HighLevel sign-in

    After activation, open HighLevel directly when you want to work on marketing:

    • funnels and landing pages
    • forms
    • pipelines
    • automations
    • email or SMS follow-up
    • marketing reports

    Make sure you are inside the Compteam-created HighLevel sub-account for your branch.

    Use Compteam for athlete registration, memberships, payments, attendance, competitions, belt history and accounting.

    Verify that leads arrive in Compteam

    Once the connection is active, verify the sync with a real test lead:

    1. Create or choose a test contact/opportunity in HighLevel.
    2. Put it in the pipeline or stage your branch uses for new prospects.
    3. Open Compteam → Branch Settings → Integrations → HighLevel and run Test sync.
    4. Open Compteam → Leads.
    5. Confirm the lead appears with HighLevel as the source.
    6. Add an internal note in Compteam so your staff can track the local follow-up.
    7. When the prospect registers as an athlete, confirm the lead is linked or closed according to your branch workflow.

    Sync timing can depend on activation status and the exact HighLevel workflow. If the test lead does not appear, send the HighLevel contact name, email and pipeline/stage to Compteam support.

    Use the right tool for each job

    Use HighLevel for prospect marketing:

    • campaigns
    • landing pages and forms
    • pipeline follow-up
    • automated reminders
    • marketing reporting

    Use Compteam for BJJ operations:

    • converting prospects into athletes
    • memberships and billing
    • class and attendance workflows
    • competitions and results
    • belt history
    • accounting and branch administration

    The value of the bundle is that the marketing funnel does not stay disconnected from your athlete management.

    Troubleshooting for branch admins

    If you cannot connect HighLevel:

    • confirm your branch is active on Purple Belt
    • open Compteam as a branch admin for that branch
    • go to Branch Settings → Integrations → HighLevel
    • confirm you are signing in to the Compteam-created HighLevel sub-account
    • ask support whether the managed sub-account is ready for your branch

    If leads do not appear in Compteam:

    • confirm the lead exists in the Compteam-created HighLevel sub-account
    • confirm it is in the expected pipeline or stage
    • wait a few minutes and refresh Compteam → Leads
    • send Compteam support the lead name, email, phone, and HighLevel pipeline/stage

    If direct HighLevel sign-in does not work, ask support to check the branch admin list and resend the HighLevel invites for the branch.
