Start with the essentials that affect every member: confirm your club details, upload your logo, set membership and registration rules, add your Terms & Conditions, choose a default coach and prepare the recruitment poster. Set your billing currency carefully when creating the club because it cannot be changed later.

Create clear member-facing plans with a billing interval, price and payment method. Then choose which athlete tiers and ages are eligible. Plans can also include a signup fee, cancellation notice and gear discount. If existing members must keep old contract terms, create a replacement plan instead of changing their current one.

An athlete without a paid plan stays on trial and is not billed. Once a paid plan is active, invoices follow its billing interval. The first invoice can include a prorated partial month and a one-time signup fee; later invoices include the regular membership and any billable extras. Use simulation mode to review a billing run before creating bills.

Add your SEPA Creditor Identifier and club bank details, create a SEPA membership plan and let each athlete sign a mandate. After invoices are generated, select the billing month and export the pain.008 XML file, then upload it to your bank portal to start collection.

With Full Bank Clearing, upload the bank statement CSV and CompTeam matches collections to bills. With Easy Clearing, mark each bill paid or failed manually. A returned debit becomes outstanding again so you can retry it or record another payment method.

Import your roster from CSV or use the AI-assisted importer for CSV, PDF, pasted text or a photo. CompTeam stages the rows first so you can review errors and duplicates before saving. You can carry over matching membership plans and selected migration data, then send registration links by email or WhatsApp so adults claim their profiles.

The parent or legal guardian creates or signs in to their own account first, then adds a managed profile for a child under 16. They select the club and an eligible kid plan, provide billing details when needed, and accept the club terms, data notice and training consent. The club can require approval before the membership becomes active.

Publish your hosted public booking page from the schedule and link it from your website or campaigns. A visitor chooses a class and enters their details without creating an account. An unpriced class creates a lead and inquiry; a class with a drop-in fee continues to Stripe Checkout. You can limit trial enquiries separately with the class leads capacity.
