Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your branch settings. The change takes effect immediately — features unlock (or lock) right away and your next invoice is prorated for the difference.

On White Belt, billing runs through Stripe invoices. If you'd rather bill manually with IBAN / Direct Debit, that's available on Blue Belt and above — Compteam tracks the payments for you.

White Belt sends Stripe invoices from the membership plans you set up. Blue Belt adds automated billing runs that charge every athlete on schedule and prorate mid-cycle plan changes for you.

Compteam does not add its own transaction fee on top of your subscription. If you collect through Stripe, Stripe's processing fees apply in your connected Stripe account. If you use SEPA file export or manual IBAN billing, your bank may charge its own fees, but Compteam does not take a percentage of those collections.

Branches can bill in EUR, USD, EGP, NOK, DKK, CHF, GBP, CZK, HUF, PLN, RON, SEK, ALL and TRY. The public website and app are available in English, German, Spanish, French and Polish. Athlete and competition weights can be shown in kilograms (kg) or pounds (lbs).

You only need your admin email, branch name, country, timezone and preferred billing currency, language and weight unit. You can add your logo, Terms & Conditions, membership plans, athletes and payment setup after the branch is created.

Creating the branch takes a few minutes. Most gyms can start with the roster, schedule and self-registration link first, then add billing, kiosk check-in, imports and automations as they go.

Yes. You can add a few athletes manually, import a file, or let athletes self-register from your branch link. Nothing forces you to migrate the whole gym on day one.

Yes. Each branch gets a registration link and QR-coded recruitment poster so athletes can create their own account, accept your Terms & Conditions and appear in your roster.

Yes. The kids program supports guardian accounts, child profiles, guardian consent and parental billing. On Blue Belt and above, guardians can self-register children from the branch flow.

Yes. Branch admins can require review for self-registrations, so new athletes stay pending until a coach or admin approves them.

Yes. Branch admins can manage the branch, assign default coaches and use staff-facing tools such as the coach/admin mobile app where the plan includes them.

Yes. Compteam can provide public registration, booking and timetable pages that you link to or embed from your current website, so you do not need to rebuild your site to start.

Today each branch is managed as its own branch account. Multi-branch organisation features such as organisation-level admin access, cross-branch reporting and franchise fee tracking are planned for the Black Belt tier in 2027.

The AI Companion is a chat assistant that knows your branch. Ask things like "Who hasn't paid this month?" or "Promote João to blue belt" and it handles the update.

Brown Belt includes a Compteam-created HighLevel sub-account, the Compteam integration, and direct HighLevel sign-in for branch admins. Compteam remains where you manage athletes, memberships, billing, competitions and accounting.

Yes — Blue Belt includes AI-supported bulk import. Upload a CSV, PDF or even a photo of your member list and the AI reads it, maps the fields and creates the athlete profiles for you to review before saving.

No. Both plans include unlimited athletes at a flat monthly rate.

Yes. CompTeam now offers an optional branch-scoped iPad kiosk for in-gym self check-in. Staff provision the device once, it stays locked to a single branch, and it shows the current class or the next class that day. If multiple visible classes share the same start time, the kiosk shows that tied set and lets the athlete choose one. Athletes can then search their name and check themselves in, but the kiosk intentionally does not expose billing, profile management, or broad account access. For extra device lockdown, gyms should still use Guided Access or their MDM restrictions on the iPad.

Travel groups let you organise trip logistics alongside your competition management. Create a group linked to a competition, add athletes and coaches to the roster, record departure/return times and pick-up locations, then request guardian consent for minors with one click. When the trip is ready to bill, hit 'Complete travel' - costs are split automatically and charged via Stripe invoices or SEPA direct debit depending on the group's billing method.
