By registering a branch or using the Compteam platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Compteam provides a web-based platform for BJJ gym owners ("branch admins") to manage athlete memberships, belt promotions, competitions, billing, and related operations. Athlete accounts are created as part of that membership relationship.
Free trial. New branch registrations receive two months of full Blue Belt access at no charge. No credit card is required during the trial.
Paid plans. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Prices and plan features are listed at compteam.app/pricing. All prices are in EUR and exclude any applicable local taxes.
Billing cycle. Subscriptions renew monthly on the anniversary of the first payment. Stripe processes all payments.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your Branch Settings page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial months.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, access may be suspended after a grace period. We will notify you by email before suspension.
Merchandise purchases. Supporter T-shirts are one-off merchandise purchases, not subscriptions. The T-shirt price is 39.99 EUR plus 5 EUR shipping to EU countries. Stripe shows the final checkout details, selected size and quantity, taxes, shipping address, and payment confirmation. Supporter T-shirts are fulfilled manually in batches.

You remain the data controller for your athletes' personal data. Compteam acts as your processor. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Compteam and its logos are proprietary to the operator. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for the duration of your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Compteam's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra la Vella, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
