Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your branch settings. The change takes effect immediately — features unlock (or lock) right away and your next invoice is prorated for the difference.
On White Belt, billing runs through Stripe invoices. If you'd rather bill manually with IBAN / Direct Debit, that's available on Blue Belt and above — Compteam tracks the payments for you.

Yes. CompTeam now offers an optional branch-scoped iPad kiosk for in-gym self check-in. Staff provision the device once, it stays locked to a single branch, and it shows the current class or the next class that day. If multiple visible classes share the same start time, the kiosk shows that tied set and lets the athlete choose one. Athletes can then search their name and check themselves in, but the kiosk intentionally does not expose billing, profile management, or broad account access. For extra device lockdown, gyms should still use Guided Access or their MDM restrictions on the iPad.
Travel groups let you organise trip logistics alongside your competition management. Create a group linked to a competition, add athletes and coaches to the roster, record departure/return times and pick-up locations, then request guardian consent for minors with one click. When the trip is ready to bill, hit 'Complete travel' - costs are split automatically and charged via Stripe invoices or SEPA direct debit depending on the group's billing method.
