Consent at registration
Every athlete ticks an explicit data-processing consent checkbox before their account is created. The timestamp and version are stored with their profile.
Athletes own their data
Every athlete can view their own profile, belt history, competition results, and billing records from their dashboard at any time.
Right to erasure
Athletes can request account deletion from their settings page. Branch admins can also fully erase an account — personal data is wiped while anonymised records are retained for financial audit.
Admin data export
Branch admins can export a full CSV of athlete records for compliance audits. Exports are logged so there is always a clear record of who accessed what and when.
